Terms and Conditions: Transfer of funds is required on receipt of an invoice to confirm your registration. Payment must be made in full before your registration is considered complete. To ensure this unique retreat is of the highest quality possible with key speakers, we rely heavily on registration fees.
Registered delegates or spouses who cancel their registration before and including 01 July 2023, will receive a full refund, minus a €400 admin fee. Registered delegates or spouses who cancel between 31 July 2023, and 25 August 2023, will receive a 50% refund.
After 25 August 2023, unfortunately no refunds will be given.
Please note: Due to the nature of this retreat and the extensive comprehensive leisure program, we are unable to make any exceptions. We apologise in advance.

Spouse Registration
This discounted rate is a special offer for the spouses or partners of registered delegates. Please note that spouses and partners are invited to attend and enjoy all retreat sessions and social functions.
Corporate Registration
Please contact us for company details and registration along with existing clientele privileges. If multiple invitees from a common organisation would like to attend, each invitee must register individually at the full delegate rate unless otherwise agreed.
