The Palazzo has its own water gate for ease of access and the pedestrian entrance is loated beside the Music Conservatoire where the strains of Classical music fill the air.
Teh interiors are superbly de corated with Venetian antiques and Fortuny fabrics. The double height drawing room with glass doors opening onto the balcony directly over the water's edge is simply quite spectacular.
There is a mezzanine level television room overlooking the drawing room which shares the same spectacular view. The elegant dining toom seats eight which is very atmospheric, draped with beautiful curtains and lit with chandles int he evening.
The first floor has four large bedrooms, three doubles and a trwin, all beautifully furnished with en-suite bathrooms featuring Jacuzzi baths.
