Your luxury weekend will begin when you arrive at The Balmoral Hotel, one of Edinburgh's finest hotels, located on Princes Street. Your guests will be welcomed with a Champagne and Canapé reception within the hotel followed by time to relax using the many spa facilities within the hotel. There will be some time to relax and unwind, with the chance to use the hotels top spa facilities, prior to dinner.

Royal Yacht Britannia

Your guests will transfer by luxury cars to the Port of Leith where the spectacular Royal Yacht Britannia awaits you. A red carpet awaits as your guests are piped on aboard via the Royal Brow. Guests will be welcomed into the Wardroom Ante Room for pre dinner drinks. This special room is where the Britannia's officers gathered daily for meals to unwind after duty, and is the perfect setting to start off your evening. After your drinks your guests will be take a tour around the Royal Apartments.

An unparalled culinary delight will follow your tour within the Wardroom which will astound and delight you with its flavours and presentations.

Dinner

Michael Soeder was appointed Executive Chef at The Royal Yacht Britannia in Edinburgh in May 2005. Since joining one of UK's most prestigious corporate event venues, Michael has enjoyed the challenge of producing exquisite cuisine in the unusual surroundings of Britannia's Royal Galley. His imaginative, modern style takes its inspiration from French classical dishes, but with a lighter touch.

Chef will prepare his top eight signature dishes, which he freshly prepares in the Royal Galley, exclusively for your group.

A fireworks display can be organised after dinner to end a truly remarkable evening prior to returning to The Balmoral for overnight accommodation.
